I work at the interface of algebraic geometry and commutative algebra, specializing in the use of prime characteristic methods (in commutative algebra). I often enjoy thinking about non-noetherian objects such as valuation rings.
I am currently a postdoc at Michigan State University. Prior to joining MSU I was a postdoc at University of Illinois at Chicago. I completed my PhD from the University of Michigan under Karen E. Smith.
Beginning Fall '22, I will be an assistant professor at the University of Missouri.
